Microfabrication Services

ITC works with clients to develop new materials and process technologies for application in novel devices that may lead to new or improved products. By utilizing tools and techniques originally developed for the semiconductor industry, ITC is able to fabricate microstructures that integrate the new materials and processes in innovative ways. The Microfabrication program seeks partners with an interest in access to facilities and staff with a strong background in semiconductor technology for research, technology demonstration and low volume fabrication.
